Program Evaluation Officer Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal (JCF) The Jewish Community Foundation of Montreal (JCF) is seeking to hire a Program Evaluation Officer whose role is to implement strategies for evaluating programs funded by the JCF. Functions include: creating Logic Models or Theory of Change schemas that underpin the evaluation process; specifying success indicators for a given program; devising an evaluation strategy that employs rigorous research methods, including effective sampling derivation; performing statistical analyses; writing detailed reports; and presenting findings to the Allocations Board of JCF. This position requires an excellent knowledge of research and evaluation methodology, knowledge of basic statistical methods, and excellent writing skills. Knowledge of Survey Monkey (an online survey-building software) and any basic statistical software is desirable. Excellent communication and writing skills, in both English and French. Knowledge of Jewish community an asset. Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.) Permanent, part-time position.
