Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama DAVID MAKOVSKY is the Ziegler distinguished fellow at the Washington Institute and the director of the project on Arab-lsrael relations. He is an adjunct professor of Middle East Studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Studies since 2000.
