Proudly founded and supported by local Rotarians since 1957, KidsAbility™ is the recognized leader in Waterloo Region and Guelph-Wellington for empowering children and youth with a wide range of complex special needs to realize their full potential.
Through a talented team of therapists, teachers, support staff and volunteers, 6,963 children and youth, from birth to school exit, benefited from therapy and support services at our sites in Cambridge, Fergus, Guelph, Kitchener and Waterloo last year.
KidsAbility is a member of the Ontario Association of Children's Rehabilitation Services (OACRS). OACRS represents all 21 Children’s Treatment Centres in Ontario as a strong and united voice across our province. A member of the KidsAbility Board of Directors is a representative on the OACRS Board of Directors.
Funded primarily through the Ontario Ministry of Children & Youth Services, KidsAbility is grateful to our donors whose generosity helps us serve as many children as possible through innovative programs and advanced technology. We encourage support and involvement from the many strong and proud community groups in our region.
